Police ID Boy Killed By Man, Mom Who Told Family He Was Fatally Struck By Car: Philadelphia PD
Police have arrested a 30-year-old Philadelphia man who they say helped a 28-year-old mother kill her 4-year-old son, whom she said died after he was struck by a vehicle, authorities announced.
Dominique Bailey, of Lebanon Street, has been charged with murder, endangering the welfare of a child, false reports, abuse of corpse, and related offenses in the death of Damari Carter, Philadelphia police said on Saturday, Jan. 6 (Click here for photos of Damari from AIDBIPOC).
