Jerome Holley, 41, of Absecon, was indicted on Tuesday, Feb. 6, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said. Holley has been charged in the killing of 45-year-old Mamadou Toure. Pleasantville police responded to a shooting on West Pleasant Avenue at around 8:41 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 9, 2023.
