South Jersey Ex-Con Indicted In Deadly Driveway Shooting: Prosecutors An Atlantic County grand jury indicted an ex-convict accused of killing a Pleasantville man in a driveway, authorities said. Jerome Holley, 41, of Absecon, was indicted on Tuesday, Feb. 6, the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office said. Holley has been charged in the killing of 45-year-old Mamadou Toure. Pleasantville police responded to a shooting on West Pleasant Avenue at around 8:41 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 9, 2023. Police ID Man Killed In Atlantic City's Latest Shooting An Atlantic City man was shot and killed on Saturday, Jan. 20, in another incident marking a deadly start to 2024 in the city, authorities said. City police responded to a shooting report at 119 North Virginia Avenue just before 7:30 p.m., the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office announced on Sunday, Jan. 21.  Officers found 32-year-old Christian Hunter with several gunshot wounds and unresponsive on the sidewalk.
