Joseph C. Zadroga, of Little Egg Harbor, was standing just outside of his parked vehicle when an 82-yer-old driver from Absecon struck him while pulling into a parking spot around 2 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 13, at Bacharach Rehabilitation at 61 W. No Apparent Charges For 18-Year-Old Driver Who Fatally Struck Pedestrian In Atlantic County No apparent charges have been filed against an 18-year-old driver who fatally struck a man crossing the street in Galloway Sunday, Nov. 19, police said. Myoung-Chun Jang was crossing West Moss Mill Road around 6:35 p.m. near Breman Avenue when he was struck by the driver in a 2004 Toyota Tundra, Galloway police said. Myoung-Chun was taken to Atlanticare Regional Medical Center Mainland Division where he was pronounced dead West Moss Mill Road, between Bremen Avenue and Frankfurt Avenue, was closed for approximately two hours while the crash was investigated.
