He was taken into custody by 9 a.m., Evesham police said; Officers were at a home on Brookfield Drive as of 7:30 a.m. and all residents near the home were being sheltered in place. Manchester Township police responded to the crash at the intersection of county routes 571 and 547 at around 8:30 a.m. on Tuesday, Apr. 16, the department said in a news release.
