Charges have been dismissed against a South Jersey woman accused of lending her car to an unlicensed driver who got into a fatal crash. Tisha M. Gargon’s indictment was dismissed in a pre-trial motion hearing over the objection of prosecutors, the Salem County Prosecutor's Office said. A 15-year-old high school student was killed in a single-car crash in Salem County, authorities said.
