Crack Cocaine Recovered In Atlantic City Sting A surveillance operation resulted in the arrest of an Atlantic City man and the recovery of crack cocaine, authorities said. Officer Nickolas Cardani was conducting surveillance on Saturday, Feb. 25 in the 1500 block of Atlantic Avenue when he observed two males engage in a suspected drug transaction, Atlantic City police said.
