A 25-year-old employee at a Montgomery County assisted living facility accidentally shot a 71-year-old resident in the face Saturday night, authorities said. The caretaker, a Philadelphia resident, was alone with three residents at the home on the 600 block of Rosemont Avenue in Upper Gwynedd, when the incident occurred around 8 a.m. Saturday, local police said. A Montgomery County man who was found with more than 600 pictures of young girls being drugged and sexually abused was charged with 100 felonies, the District Attorney’s Office said. Jorvan Ramos Martinez, of Conshohocken, was flagged by the Montgomery County Detective Bureau after uploading 47 images of child pornography to a Dropbox account, Montgomery County District Attorney Kevin R.
