RUTHERFORD, N.J. -- Joseph Wisniewski, of Rutherford, died on Friday, Feb. 3. He was 77.
Born in Weehawken, Wisniewski was the superintendent of schools for Weehawken Board of Education for 15 years. He retired in 1995. He was a football coach for Weehawken High School for many years.
He was an avid golfer, and a member of Weehawken Golf Club and Glades Country Club, in Naples, Florida. He was also a private pilot. He enjoyed flying out of Caldwell Airport, and he was a member of AOPA.

NORTH ARLINGTON, N.J. -- Marie C. Sirois, of North Arlington, died on Friday, Feb. 3. She was 96.
Born in Newark, Sirois had lived in North Arlington since 1950. She was a member of the Rosary Society of Queen of Peace Church and the Ladies Auxilliary of the Veterans of Foreign War Post 4697, both of North Arlington.

WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, N.J. -- Josephine V. Lawida, of Washington Township, died on Friday, Feb. 3. She was 92.

ALLENDALE, N.J. -- Helen Hoeland -- an Allendale resident, formerly of Paramus -- died on Friday, Feb. 3. She was 88.
Hoeland was a parishioner of the Church of the Annunciation, in Paramus.
She is survived by her children, Linda Baart and her husband Doug of Galloway, Tom Hoeland of Paramus, and Jim Hoeland of Colorado Springs, Colorado; grandchildren Glenn, Jennifer, Samantha, Tyler, Amanda and Courtney; and great-grandchildren Dylan and Mason.

OAKLAND, N.J. -- Henry W. Johnson, of Oakland, died on Friday, Feb. 3. He was 93.
Johnson retired from Public Service Electric & Gas, and he was a member of the Frank Lakes United Methodist Church.
He is survived by his children, Linda and her husband Michael Leeder of Franklin Lakes, Glenn Johnson of Ramsey, and Denice Kopko of Edgewater, Florida; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
