Nahjajuan Ellis Pleads Guilty An Atlantic City man admitted to selling heroin mixed with fentanyl and cocaine, authorities said. Nahjajuan Ellis, 23, of Atlantic City, pleaded guilty on Monday, May 6 to first-degree maintaining a controlled dangerous substance production facility, second-degree possession of heroin and fentanyl with the intent to distribute, and second-degree unlawful possession of a handgun. At approximately 10:02 p.m. on Tuesday, May 3, Officer Joseph Kelly Jr. conducted a motor vehicle stop in the 500 block of north Kentucky Avenue after previously observing the vehicle driving at a high rate of speed and displaying heavily tinted windows, Atlantic City police said.
