Manchester PD: Gunman Menaced Campground, Left Kids Home Alone A 31-year-old man from Manchester Township has been arrested on drug and weapons charges, authorities said. Rameek Peace is accused of threatening people with a handgun on Oct. 21 at the Surf and Stream Campground on Route 571, Manchester police said. Police were called on a report of a man assaulting a woman inside an SUV, and menacing anyone who tried to help. A suspect fled before police arrived.
