Philly Man Arrested With Gun In Atlantic City: Police
A 19-year-old man from Philadelphia was arrested with a handgun in Atlantic City, authorities said. On Sunday June 11, at 3:53 p.m., Sergeant Garry Stowe learned that there was a man in the beach block of New York Avenue in possession of a handgun, police said. Officer Joseph Kelly Jr. responded to the area and located the man leaning into a vehicle through an open door. Officer Kelly, and responding officers, began to speak with Jose Vega and the other occupants. During the investigation, Kelly recovered a loaded handgun in the vehicle where he first observed Vega.
