At 6:35 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 15,  Herbert Nelson, 37, was found selling from his personal vehicle on a city street, they said. On Tuesday, Jan. 10, officers responding to a residential burglar alarm located a male and a female inside the residence and recovered a stolen handgun, police said. At 9:46 p.m., on Friday, Jan. 6, Atlantic City Officer John Bell, while on roving patrol, observed a vehicle that was heavily tinted illegally parked in a lane of traffic in the 400 block of north New York Avenue.  Bell also recognized the vehicle as possibly being involved in an incident that occurred on Jan. 3.
