Man Busted With 4 Pounds Marijuana Advertised Sales On Atlantic City Street: Police A Brooklyn man was arrested with nearly four pounds of marijuana in his car, authorities said. At 6:35 p.m. on Sunday, Jan. 15,  Herbert Nelson, 37, was found selling from his personal vehicle on a city street, they said. Officer John Bell was patrolling the area of Jim Whelan Boardwalk Hall when he observed a vehicle blocking the crosswalk in the 100 block of south Mississippi Avenue.  Bell observed the vehicle had insignia written on the exterior openly advertising the sale of marijuana and marijuana products, police said. On Tuesday, Jan. 10, officers responding to a residential burglar alarm located a male and a female inside the residence and recovered a stolen handgun, police said.
