An 83-year-old Philadelphia priest pleaded guilty to lying to federal investigators about not knowing a former parishioner and sexual abuse victim, authorities said. Three brothers were charged by Indictment for trying to defraud the United States Postal Service, UPS, and Citizens Bank of hundreds of thousands of dollars, federal authorities said.
