Multiple cars were sent into the water below, bringing the Coast Guard and emergency response teams to the scene along Interstate 695 at approximately 1:30 a.m., when a cargo ship struck a portion of the bridge. Prosecutor: Lakewood Man Arrested With 1,800 Doses Of Heroin A 34-year-old man from Lakewood has been arrested in connection with selling heroin, authorities said.  James Wallace was charged with possessing and intending to distribute heroin after a warranted search of his home on Thursday, according to Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer. During the search, law enforcement seized approximately 1,800 dosage units of heroin and nearly $2,300 in cash, Billhimer said.
