Illegal fireworks and a loaded handgun were recovered in Baltimore during a traffic stop when officers were tipped off by expired Virginia temporary tags. A fresh reward has been offered by Metro Crime Stoppers months after a man's body was found inside a vacant home in Baltimore. Early on Tuesday, Jan. 9, police located a dead body in the 3600 block of Belair Road that was later identified as 33-year-old Quantae Arthur. Adult, Child Killed In Multi-Vehicle Baltimore Crash: Police
An adult and a child were killed in an early morning crash in Baltimore’s Eastern District on Wednesday, Feb. 21, police confirmed. The crash occurred near the 3500 block of Belair Road around 7:30 a.m., a representative with the Baltimore Police Department told Daily Voice. Officers arrived and found a child dead at the scene. A second victim was found trapped inside of a vehicle and later pronounced deceased. Investigators believe speed to be a factor in the crash. The investigation is being led by Crash Team detectives.
