The man who set fire to his neighbor's home while they were inside amid an ongoing dispute was arrested on Tuesday and faces attempted murder and other offenses, officials announced. A 44-year-old woman implicated in a fire-bombing in Howard County more than two years ago has been sentenced to decades in prison, the state's attorney's office announced. The third time was a charm for prosecutors in Montgomery County after a Silver Spring man was convicted of the vicious assault of his landlord over rent.
