Fairfield County Town Needs Your Help To Fix Spotty Cell Service After years of complaints from residents about bad and spotty cellphone service, one town is doing something about it.  New Canaan officials worked with the network diagnostics company Ookla earlier this summer to determine where cell phone service needed to be improved.
