Terrence A. Savoy, 32, of Laurel, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after striking the man near the 7800 block of Contee Road shortly before 4 p.m. on Sunday, March 3, police said. Man Directing Vehicle Fatally Run Over At Baltimore Gas Station A 58-year-old man was fatally struck by a vehicle he was directing early Wednesday morning, Dec. 27 in Baltimore, police said. The man was directing the vehicle to back up closer to the pumps in the gas station lot near The Alameda around 4:20 a.m., when he was struck by the 31-year-old driver, police said. The Exxon station is located at Walters Avenue and The Alameda, where police say the crash occurred. The 31-year-old driver of the vehicle remained on the scene.  Crash Team detectives are investigating this incident.

Victim Shot Several Times Tries To Get Away Before Crashing In Southwest Baltimore A 38-year-old man is recovering after crashing his vehicle following a shooting in southwest Baltimore, authorities say. Baltimore police were called to the 2800 block of West Patapsco Avenue around 9:45 p.m., Wednesday, March 29 to investigate a vehicle accident when they located the victim. When officers approached the 38-year-old man, they noticed that he had several gunshot wounds across his body. Investigators determined that the man had been shot numerous times before crashing his vehicle, and was rushed to a nearby hospital where he is expected to survive.
