Mystery Man Shoots At Group Of Baltimore Teens During Argument, Officials Say Baltimore police are searching for a unknown suspect that they say shot a teenage girl.  Officers from the Baltimore Police Department were called to the 900 block of Franklintown Road shortly before 2 a.m. on Friday, Feb. 24 after receiving reports of a shooting, according to a spokesperson from the department.
