Students Fall Ill, Prompting Evacuation At High School In Harford County (

John Carroll High School in Bel Air was evacuated Monday afternoon after multiple students suddenly fell ill, according to police. First responders were called to the school shortly before noon on Dec. 9, as fire officials investigated unknown conditions that may have caused the students’ symptoms. In total, 13 people were treated and evaluated at area treatment facilities while several others took themselves to the hospital. All injuries were considered non-life-threatening. Crews had to make a tricky rescue in Baltimore County on Wednesday afternoon when an unsuspecting man plummeted 30 feet into a well. First responders from the Baltimore County Fire Department were called at around 2:30 p.m. on Oct. 16 to the 2100 block of Old Frederick Road in Catonsville, when a man found himself in a perilous position after suffering injuries falling into the well on an area property. More than a dozen apartments were deemed uninhabitable in Howard County and a firefighter was injured when a blaze broke out early on Saturday morning. Multiple fire crews were reportedly on the scene of a three-alarm garage fire at Washington Township on Monday, August 22, according to developing and unconfirmed reports. Bridge Jumper Rescued From Susquehanna River: Officials
A man was pulled from the Susquehanna River Saturday, May 14 in Harrisburg, fire officials said. The man had jumped into the river from the Market Street bridge, bringing Box 9 to the scene with mutual aid boats, the fire department said. The victim was brought to City Island and turned over to Life Team EMS. The "A" Platoon at work with Battalion 6(Bradford), fire officials said.
