Patrice Nicole Hammonds, who has cognitive issues and needs medication, has been reported missing, according to an alert issued by Baltimore County Police Department. She was last seen at approximately 8 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 13 in the Owings Mills area. Hammonds was described as being 5-foot-7, weighing approximately 220 pounds.
