A second man has ow been arrested in connection with a fatal Maryland shooting earlier this week, authorities announced. Antonio Lamont Oliver, 24, has been arrested and faces a murder charge for his alleged role in the fatal shooting of 34-year-old Kevin Lamont Chaney in Wicomico County. Oliver joins Bisheri Damond Jacobs, 19, behind bars, after he was busted earlier this week. Oliver is now waiting extradition back to Maryland after being arrested in Philadelphia. A shooter is at large after a Maryland man was gunned down Monday night, according to state police. Kevin Lamont Chaney, 34, of Salisbury, has been identified as the man who was shot in Wicomico County on Monday, July 31 and later died at Tidal Health Medical Center, authorities announced on Tuesday morning.
