PA Murderer Of MD Soldier Over $24 Found Dead: DOC A 34-year-old killer serving a life sentence— for murdering a former US Army soldier during a robbery of $24— has died, according to a release by the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections on Thursday, April 13, 2023.  Ryan Lynn Horton, was found unresponsive in his cell on April 11, Eric Tice, superintendent of the State Correctional Institution at Somerset announced.  "Prison staff and medical personnel immediately responded and provided life-saving measures.
