Richard E. Cowan, 69, of Chambersburg, drove his 2015 Ford Transit over the center turning lane in the 8100 block of US 30/Lincoln Way slamming head-on into a 2019 Hyundai Accent, driven Maura J. Washington DC native and former NFL cornerback Vontae Davis was arrested on a DUI charge following a Florida crash, according to arrest records and news reports.
Davis, 34, lost control of his Tesla and struck a parked pickup truck on the side of the Florida Turnpike in Hollywood early Saturday, Feb. 4, ESPN says citing a report from the Florida Highway Patrol.
