79-Year-Old Man Dies At Hospital Days After Crash In Maryland, Police Say A death investigation has been launched after a 79-year-old man died at the hospital days after being involved in a crash in Montgomery County.  Beltsville resident Thambiraj Nathaniel, who was a passenger in a vehicle that was struck by another driver while navigating a turn in Silver Spring last week, died on Sunday, Jan. 28 while still being treated for his injuries, according to police.
