Baltimore resident Garnell Eugene Graves, 59, was sentenced to 50 years in federal prison, followed by a lifetime of supervised release after pleading guilty to four counts of sexual exploitation of a child related to his sexual abuse of multiple minor victims, authorities announced. Ryan Odell Oliver, 40, also known as "Dre", Fame", and "Foreign" was sentenced to 15 years in federal prison on Monday, Nov. 28 after he pleaded guilty on back in August to sex trafficking at least three victims, according to the Department of Justice.
