Victim ID'd In Fatal Route 146 Accident - Truck Flipped, Rolled Down Embankment Police have identified the person who died in a single-car motor vehicle accident over the weekend on Route 146. The accident occurred on Sunday, Feb. 21, around 3:25 p.m. Massachusetts State Troopers responded to reports of a single-vehicle rollover on Route 146 northbound near Exit 3 in Uxbridge, police said. The reason for the crash is still under investigation, but at some point, the driver lost control of the 2002 Chevrolet Silverado he was driving.
