Moved Up To Most Wanted: Stakes Raised For Western Mass Homicide Suspect Police have escalated their attempts to locate the man wanted for a homicide in Holyoke, officials say. Evdyeke Oniel Pabon Flores, a 21-year-old man wanted for the December 7, 2022 murder of 49-year-old Luis Ramos, was added to a list of most wanted fugitives on Thursday, April 6 by Massachusetts State Police. A state-wide alert was issued warning the public of Flores on Wednesday, March 29. Police warn that no one should approach Flores, who is considered armed and dangerous.
