Man From Region Nabbed For Murder Of Estranged Wife, Police Say A 57-year-old Connecticut man has been charged in connection with the murder of his estranged wife. Hartford County resident Wilkid Valcinord, of East Hartford, was arrested on Tuesday, June 27 by East Harford Police. Tractor-Trailer, School Bus, Pickup Truck Involved In Crash On I-84 In Region Police responded to a crash on I-84 in Connecticut that involved a tractor-trailer, a school bus, and a pickup truck. Troopers in Hartford County received a report of the three-vehicle crash on westbound I-84 in Farmington near Exit 39 at about 6:20 a.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 22, Connecticut State Police said. Three From Massachusetts Hospitalized After Two-Vehicle Crash, Police Say Four people were hospitalized following a two-vehicle crash on I-84 in Connecticut.  The crash happened at about 1:50 a.m. on Sunday, March 13, on I-84 Westbound near Entrance 56 ramp in East Hartford, according to Connecticut State Police.
