A woman was apprehended outside a vehicle that had burst into flames after police say she was driving the wrong way while intoxicated on a Connecticut roadway. The incident happened in Hartford County just before 3 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 2 on I-384 in Manchester. Connecticut State Police Troop H in Hartford received multiple calls reporting a wrong way driver traveling westbound in the eastbound lanes. Police are investigating after a driver was killed in a fiery single-vehicle crash in Connecticut. Authorities in Hartford County responded to a report of a crash in the area of Center Street and Fairview Street in Manchester at about 2:10 a.m. on Sunday, May 15, according to the Manchester Police Department. Police are investigating after two drivers were killed in a wrong-way crash in Massachusetts. Troopers in Worcester County responded to the crash on Route 2 in Phillipston at about 11 p.m., according to the Massachusetts State Police. Two people were killed in a crash at a busy Connecticut intersection in which one of the vehicles caught fire. A New Jersey man has died after attempts to drive his car out of a snowbank proved fatal. On Wednesday, Feb. 3, Little Ferry Police responded to a report of a vehicle stuck in the snow around 9 a.m. near Mehrof Road.
