Dive Team Successfully Recovers Woman's Wedding Ring From The Charles River Members of the Cambridge Fire Department's Dive Team and Marine Unit are being praised after successfully recovering a woman's wedding ring from the Charles River.  A woman at the Charlesgate Yacht Club informed crews that she dropped her diamond wedding ring into the river on Sunday, July 3, Lieutenant Stephen Capuccio said in a statement on Twitter.  Please see the attached note from LT. Suspiciously Sinking North Shore Fire Boat Sparks Investigation Authorities are looking for answers after a Newburyport Fire Department's Marine Unit vessel suspiciously sank while docked on the Merrimack River.  A person walking in the area told Newburyport Police they saw the boat partially submerged while docked at Cashman Park around 4 a.m. on Friday, June 17, Newburyport Fire said.  Crews immediately secured the vessel but were unsure what caused it to sink, the department said.
