Shooting Spree Seriously Injures Two In Springfield Following an uptick in shootings in Springfield, officials are calling in the state police to help quell, what they say is gang violence. The latest shootings took place on Friday, March 26, in which two people were shot on Quincy Street in Springfield, according to Springfield Police Spokesman Ryan Walsh.
