2 Adults Killed, 2 Kids Shot In Western Mass Home (Developing) Officials in Springfield say a man and woman were killed, and two young children were gravely wounded in a shooting at a home on Berkshire Avenue on Monday, Aug. 14.  The shootings happened just after 2:30 p.m. at  174 Berkshire Ave. near Jasper Street, Hampden County District Attorney Anthony Gulluni said in a press conference.  The man police believe pulled the trigger died of a self-indicted gunshot wound, reports said. Attempted Murder-Suicide: 1 Wounded, 1 Dead In Lawrence Shootings, DA Says Lawrence police are investigating two shootings that happened Thursday night, July 20, that left one person seriously wounded and another dead from what is believed to be a self-inflicted gunshot wound, authorities said.  The first shooting took place around 6:45 p.m. at 324 Prospect Street, The Essex County District Attorney said. Police ID Duo Shot To Death At Dorchester House Party Over Labor Day Weekend Boston Police have identified the two men fatally shot during a house party over Labor Day Weekend as Tefan Ivy, age 32 of Brockton, and Jermaine Daye, 23, of Randolph.  The shooting happened in the area of 26 Melbourne Street in Dorchester just before 3 a.m. on Sunday, Sept. 4, police report.
