Trooper Dives To Safety As Fleeing Woman Barrels Through Barricade: Police A Massachusetts State Trooper was nearly run over on Monday, Aug. 22, after a fleeing woman drove through a police barricade on I-93 in Norfolk County, authorities said.  The incident began around 4:30 p.m. when troopers received a 911 call about a car driving erratically in the northbound lanes in Milton and hitting other vehicles, State Police said in a Facebook post. Troopers created a barricade ahead in to stop her, but instead of stopping, the woman sped up and drove at a police cruiser, the post continued.
