Carter Peaseley Was A Teacher At 2 Boston Schools A 40-year-old Quincy man who was a teacher at multiple Boston schools is accused of maintaining an online relationship with a teenager with whom he shared explicit photos, federal authorities said.  Carter Peaseley is charged with possessing and receiving child sexual abuse material, the US Attorney for Massachusetts said.
