A Massachusetts community has come together to raise tens of thousands of dollars to go toward helping a police officer's brave 11-month-old son fight a tough battle against cancer. The outpouring of support began after Hampden County police officer Crystal Conroy, a member of the Holyoke Police Department, learned her 11-month-old son Ashton has leukemia. Teen Girl Missing For 2 Weeks From Western Mass; Police Asking For Help
Police in Hampden County are asking for the public's help finding a 17-year-old girl who hasn't been seen since early September. Eva Marie Sicard, of Holyoke, was last seen by her family on Sept. 5, Holyoke police said. Authorities implore anyone who sees Eva or knows of her whereabouts to contact the Holyoke police at 413-322-6900.

A state-wide alert has been issued warning the public of a 21-year-old man who is wanted for shooting a 49-year-old man to death. Evdyeke Oniel Pabon Flores is wanted on an active straight warrant, with full extradition, for murdering Luis Ramos on December 7, 2022, in Holyoke, according to the Massachusetts State Police. Police officers received reports of gunshots in the area of Pine and Sargeant Streets in Holyoke and arrived to find Ramos suffering from a gunshot wound. A Worcester officer accused of taking money for overtime he didn't work and a Springfield cop charged with using his stun gun on a pregnant woman were among 15 law enforcement officials suspended by the state's Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) commission.
