Box Truck Driver Who Plowed Into Norfolk Gas Station Charged With OUI: Police Authorities have determined that a 54-year-old box truck driver who crashed his vehicle into a Norfolk gas station and over a retaining wall this week was driving under the influence of alcohol.  Keith Johnson, of East Greenwich, RI, was charged in connection with the crash that happened at the Daley Service Center at 2 Rockwood Road on Thursday, April 19, Norfolk Police report.  Officers responded to the crash where they found the box truck dangling over the wall in the back of the parking lot.  Please avoid the area of Main Street @ Rockwood Road while the Norfolk Police investigate…
