Mass Postal Worker Embezzled $19K From Post Office: Feds A former United States Postal Service employee in Massachusetts is accused of stealing nearly $20,000 in cash with a money order scam, federal authorities said.  Christine Hedges, 46, of Brockton, was charged with one count of theft of government money last week and released with conditions, the US Attorney's Office for Massachusetts said.  Hedges began working at the post office in 2020 and moved up to lead sales and service associate at the Brockton branch.
