Lindsay Clancy was charged in the deaths of her children who were found in their Duxbury home this week, Plymouth County District Attorney Tim Cruz announced on Wednesday, Jan. 25.
Duxbury Police and Fire responded to a report of an attempted suicide of a woman at 47 Summer Street around 6:10 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 24, as previously reported by Daily Voice.

Upon arrival first responders found the woman, later identified as Clancy, after she jumped out of a second-story window. Her husband, who arrived shortly after, was the one who called police.
Clancy was treated on scene before being taken to a local hospital for treatment where she remains. It was later revealed that Clancy is an employee at Massachusetts General Hospital.
Moments after, crews found three children unconscious and "with obvious signs of trauma" inside the home, Cruz said.
A 5-year-old girl and a 3-year-old boy were taken to a local hospital where they were pronounced dead. They were later identified as Clancy's kids, named Cora and Dawson.
Preliminary investigation suggests they were strangled. Meanwhile, an 8-month-old infant who was airlifted to a Boston-area hospital, remains in critical condition, according to Cruz.
Authorities have since charged Lindsay Clancy with two counts of homicide and three counts each of strangulation, and assault and battery with a deadly weapon. She was placed in police custody while recovering at the hospital.
"Our hearts and condolences go out to the Clancy family," Cruz said during a press conference Wednesday. "I cannot begin to fathom the depth of pain that must be going on."
An outpouring of support has also been directed towards the first responders involved the tragic situation from local departments and citizens to state officials and organizations.
"Thank you to all the agencies who supported us during the last 12 hours, Duxubry Fire PIO said on Facebook. "We used resources from six towns to help us in our response to this tragedy. Please keep the family and all the first responders in your prayers."
A GoFundMe has been launched to send meals to first responders who are involved with the case. The campaign is looking to raise $2,500 and people interested in donating can click here.
