Man Busted Stealing Library Donation Box in Tewksbury A 26-year-old man has been arrested after police say he stole a donation box from the Tewksbury Public Library on Friday afternoon, Feb. 2. Anderson Phao, of Tewksbury, is charged with theft from a building, breaking into a depository, vandalizing property, and thief, common, and notorious, police said.  Library staff noticed the theft around 4:30 p.m. and contacted Tewksbury police. Surveillance video shows the man carrying the donation box into the bathroom.  Library officials believe he stole about $50.
