Medford Roll-Over Wreck Causing Major Traffic Delays On I-93 (Developing) Traffic officials in Medford said a roll-over crash on I-93 is causing traffic delays.  The Massachusetts Department of Transportation said in a tweet that the wreck happened in the northbound lanes beneath the Roosevelt Circle near exit 24 around 2 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 15.
