Dog Shot Dead By Boston Police While Serving Arrest Warrant In Mattapan: Police A Boston Police Officer shot and killed a dog that bit them while serving an arrest warrant in Mattapan this week, the department reports.  The incident happened at 28 Michigan Avenue1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 19.
