33-Year-Old Woman From Region Found Dead In Backyard, Police Say Death 'Suspicious' Police in Connecticut are treating the death of a 33-year-old woman as "suspicious" after her body was found in a backyard. The body of Windham County resident Kristine Knox, of Plainfield, was found in Plainfield around 1:50 p.m. on Thursday, Sept. 7. According to Plainfield Police, officers responded to 205 Cemetery Road for a report of a deceased person. On arrival, officers located Knox dead in the backyard of the home, police said. Duo Nabbed For Kidnapping, Murder Of Massachusetts Man Two men have been charged for their alleged involvement in the kidnapping and murder of a Massachusetts man whose body was found in a burning vehicle in Connecticut.
