Nursing Home Rape: Man Gets 10-12 Years For West Springfield Attack, Faces Deportation
A 37-year-old West Springfield man found guilty of a 2013 rape at a Hampden County nursing home will spend at least the next decade behind bars, authorities said. But his punishment won't end there. Mihail Lujan, a Moldovan national, will be handed over to federal officials for deportation following his 10-to-12-year prison sentence, the Hampden District Attorney said in a news release.
