Shoeless Suspect At Large After Fleeing From Superior Court In Region Connecticut State troopers asked the public for help locating a 24-year-old man who brazenly left a courthouse in the middle of a proceeding. Marico Ellis, a resident of Hartford, went missing from Superior Court at about noon on Thursday, Aug. 25, wearing a black shirt and pants, according to Connecticut State Police. He was not wearing shoes at the time, police said. Police said troopers and officers are actively searching for him and asked anyone with information to call 911. Travis Johnson, age 19, of Hartford, was taken into custody on Wednesday, Nov. 3, by members of the US Marshals Violent Fugitive Task Force and Hartford detectives.
