Data released by the US Census Bureau revealed that nine of the nation’s 15 fastest-growing large cities were in the South, but one Massachusetts municipality just barely made the cut. Medford was listed at number 15 on the Bureau's list of the Fastest-Growing Large Cities in the United States, which was released on Thursday, May 18. Ghost Gun Stolen Out Of Georgia Found On Springfield 18-Year-Old: Police
A Ghost Gun that was reported stolen from the South was found in the possession of an 18-year-old from Massachusetts this week along with drugs, according to authorities. The Springfield Police Firearms Investigation Unit (FIU) was watching Noah Torres, of Springfield, for illegal possession of firearms for several weeks, Springfield Police report. Projections Updated For Nor'easter That Will Bring Up To 18 Inches Of Snow To Some Spots
A potent storm system that started out with blizzard-like conditions in the Midwest and fatal tornadoes in the South has the potential to dump as much as 18 inches of snow in more areas than earlier projected in the Northeast, according to AccuWeather.com. New Poll Reveals Percentages Of Americans Who Want To Secede By Region
A newly released poll found that many Americans would support their home states seceding from the United States and going at it on their own. The United States is feeling a lot less united lately. A new study that asked Americans whether they support dividing the country into regions found almost one-third of adults think it would be a good idea.
