Andy Azab, of Oakville, an enclave of Watertown in Litchfield County, was hit by a Nissan Altima while attempting to help at another crash scene on I-84 in Hartford County, in Southington. State police said the accident happened around 6:30 p.m., on Tuesday, July 6 near the Exit 28 on-ramp, when Azab, age 62, was standing in the travel portion of the highway.
