Barricaded Suspect Armed With Crossbow Apprehended In Western Mass
An hours-long standoff between a crossbow-wielding man who barricaded himself inside his Western Massachusetts home and state police led to the arrest of a suspect without any reported injuries. The Massachusetts State Police Special Tactical Operations Team (STOP) responded to a Berkshire County residence in Cheshire to apprehend a suspect who aimed a crossbow at a state trooper during a standoff.
