(Update) I’ve Been Stabbed: Man Flags Down Milford Police To Ask For Help After Attack Update: An 18-year-old man appeared in Milford District Court on three charges stemming from a stabbing that happened on Wednesday morning, Jan. 17. Pedro Caetano was charged with assault to murder, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, and assault and battery in connection with stabbing another man who flagged a police officer down, according to the Worcester County District Attorney's Office.
