Woman Charged After Dancing In Traffic In Ludlow, Prompting Police Chase A woman who obstructed traffic while dancing in the middle of traffic at a busy intersection in a hazmat suit took police on a low-speed chase before being apprehended in Western Massachusetts. The Ludlow Police Department in Hampden County received a call on Tuesday, Sept. 21 for a woman creating a traffic jam in the middle of the roadway at the intersection of Holyoke Street and Kendall Street.
